Mentoring

We design and deliver short workshops for Mentors, Mentees and line managers. The workshops are typically designed for a mixed group of participants since Mentors may also be Mentees and / or Line Managers.

These workshops are highly interactive and participative. They contain a blend of short facilitator inputs, individual and small group exercises. Where possible, we use role practice activities so that participants can apply and reinforce their learning.

We typically conduct review sessions approximately 3 months after the initial workshops. These are based on feedback from the Mentors and Mentees to provide identified support that they may require. The reviews can be run for single Mentor / Mentee pairs or for small groups. The output of these reviews is a brief report to provide insights and best practice for future Mentoring programmes.
