Assessment Centres & Development Centres
During the last ten years Thornbury consultants have delivered Assessment Centres and Development Centres to RSM Robson Rhodes. Our work has included client meeting simulations and candidate assessment. Assessment Centre candidates are internal and external applicants to the post of Partner: Development Centre candidates are Senior Managers aiming for Partnership.
Thornbury has in-depth experience of working on Assessment and Development Centres, and even designing some, spanning more than 15 years. Clients include PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Roussel, Cyanamid, Greater Manchester Police, Unilever, Barclays Bank, Pearl Assurance, Adtranz/Bombardier, ABB.
Additionally, Thornbury were part of a team which developed and ran Development Centres for National Grid.
Thornbury consultants have also been working with Reuters in Geneva engaged with Senior Managers at Country and functional level throughout Europe.
