The Thornbury Workshops

Thornbury's experience working with our clients over a 15 year period has enabled us to establish some standard programmes based around classic management principles.

These are all 1- or 2- day action learning workshops aimed at groups of 8-12 with some shared characteristics.

These workshops are deliverable at a fixed price* as follows, typically for groups of between 8-12 attendees (please check the detail on each workshop description)

All Thornbury workshops end with the preparation by each attendee of a "PDP" a Personal Development Plan in which the course member sets out a number of objectives aimed at implementing the learning and continuing the self-development over the following 100 days.

Certain of the workshops therefore offer an additional "Follow-UP" option providing each attendee with access to the consultant and ongoing support and guidance for a limited period. The cost of this option is £1500.
